Any cancellation to an order after processing will require a 25% restocking/cancellation fee plus any shipping charges incurred. Please call ahead of time before canceling. If your order has been sent and there is a tracking number, you will be charged the freight costs.

3. Before You Order:

a. Confirm that the items selected are the items you wish to purchase.

b. Confirm that all of the other information you have provided is accurate.

4. Order Processing: Orders received before 8:00 p.m. U.S. Central Time are generally entered into processing, not shipped, by the next business day. Depending upon order volume, however, processing can potentially take longer than the estimated times.

Regarding Address Changes: Typically Addresses cannot be changed. If an address change is required, it will be subject to a fee that can range in amounts starting at $35.00 and going up from there. This is because shipping companies automatically charge for any type of address change, regardless of the circumstances. If you should need to change an address, please email customer service. You will then be notified of the fee amount. When placing your order, please confirm that the address has been entered correctly.

5. Shipping: Orders received before 8:00 p.m. U.S. Central Time are generally shipped within 7 business days. If we determine that, for any reason, your order will not ship within 9 business days of processing, we will attempt to notify you by e-mail. If express transit is paid, we will put your order in front of the shipping line and send out your order in the quickest time possible. Express transit cannot be guaranteed under any circumstances, and is a non-refundable fee.

When using standard ground shipping, customers should generally allow 10 to 15 business days for delivery, this time frame may be exceeded.

When using express ground shipping customers should generally allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery, this time frame may be exceeded.

When using international ground shipping customers should generally expect an additional 1-2 week additional wait time on shipment deliveries, due to customs clearance requirements. Any items for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

We offer our Canadian customers many different levels of UPS shipping. When you place your order you can choose your method by working with one of our experienced sales representatives. The shipping charges are custom quoted by our sales representatives, and will be paid directly to Great Sports Inc. / Efficient Future Inc.

Duties are the responsibility of the Importer and rates vary depending on the product being imported.
